Polyethylene & Polypropylene Foams

Toray's unique horizontal salt-bath foaming process allows us to produce foam with the highest polypropylene content in the industry.

Polypropylene Foam (PP) provides high thermal resistance, superior internal shear strength, low shrinkage and excellent molding qualities at much lighter densities compared to competitive products. Polypropylene foams also offer high heat resistance and compressive strength, excellent chemical resistance, low density, dimensional stability and contain moisture and acoustical barrier properties.

Polyethylene foams (PE) offer a softer feel and has superior compression recovery and rebound, and flexibility for a variety of applications. Polyethylene foams have moderate draws and are very durable. We will blend resins to meet your application requirements!
