Our salt-bath foaming process allows the best control over consistency, thickness, and density for manufacturing these advanced materials.
Toraypef® foams are designed with a built-in moisture barrier system, so no additional film is required, and sound absorbing qualities that diminish footfall impact, "reflective sound", as well as and through-the-ceiling noise, "sound transmission". Specifically engineered to withstand prolonged exposure to the weight of furniture and large appliances,Toraypef® foams demonstrate superior compression strength to maintain and protect the integrity of new floors. Our foams surpass some of the most stringent VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions standards in North America. Toraypef® foams are mold, mildew and chemical resistant, as well as lightweight, and easy to work with for a simple installation. Without comparison, Toraypef® foams offer superior quality with long-lasting performance benefits for the demanding building and construction environment.
