Over the years, Toray PEF has become the industries leading manufacturer and supplier of cross-linked olefin foams. Toray‘s unique horizontal salt-bath foaming process allows our foam to be precisely controlled, resulting in a consistent cell structure uniform sheet thickness and density, making Toray foams the material of choice.

Our foam is used for many different molding processes including low and high pressure injections, vacuum, wood stock, GRU and compression molding. Toray's automotive grade foams are the most robust foams for processing allowing you to achieve your design and processing goals while providing a lightweight economical material for quality finished parts without sacrificing cabin comfort or unnecessary weight.

Toray foams can currently be found in over 160 vehicles worldwide. We supply over 15 different laminators, 32 tier I & II molding companies and 18 automotive OEM manufactures.
