Low Pressure Molding (LPM) Foam

Toraypef® foam contains the highest level of polypropylene content and provides added heat resistance and strength necessary for low-pressure and injection-molding processes. Toraypef® foams offer higher product performance, which leads to higher efficiency. We've developed a full line of foams designed specifically for the LPM market. Toraypef® foams, including AC81 and AC51, can be modified to meet your full requirements.

AC81 Series
AC81 represents the standard in the industry for LPM applications. AP81 is a highly crosslinked polypropylene foam. This cost saving and robust foam is the leading choice among low-pressure molders worldwide.
